Payments

RichWeb requires payments for its services by credit card or cheque, unless otherwise agreed in advance. RichWeb will charge you in United States Dollars (USD) or Arab Emirates Dirham (AED), depending on the service and your country of residence.

You hereby agree to pay any and all fees legally charged by RichWeb. You will be notified in advance about any payments you have to release for services rendered.

Refunds

You can end your subscription or adverts online, by using the account management option, or email our customer support. To avoid being charged monthly subscriptions or advertising fees, RichWeb must receive your cancellation notice one week in advance of your advertisement expiring date. No pro-rated refunds are available.

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please note that, if we are unable to process a payment for your advertisement by its due date, your advertisement will be suspended for non-payment. Your advertisement will only be reactivated upon payment of all overdue fees, within 15 days.
